I am confident you have the ability to make the changes you desire and I will focus on empowering your strengths during the counseling process. As each person is unique, my approach is eclectic and based on the needs of each client. This approach will pull from different evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Counseling is a joint effort between counselor and client. Together, we will look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are impacting your day-to-day life and how to implement positive changes going forward. I believe each person has the ability to improve their lives provided they receive appropriate support and effective tools. A safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming environment is provided for you during this process.
