I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a member of the American Counseling Association. I earned my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.

I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship problems, and communication skills. I have a special interest in helping individuals explore their gender and sexual identity. I work with adults and teenagers over the age of 13.

During my time outside of work, I enjoy reading, going for walks, and spending time with my family and friends.
